Terms of Service
Draft — not yet in effect. This text requires review and approval by the Krigatti owner and, where appropriate, a qualified legal adviser before publication. The effective date and complete legal identity remain pending.
These terms describe how you may use Krigatti and the limits of what its assessments provide.
1. Your account
- Provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Only submit profile information that is yours or that you are authorised to use.
- Never share your LinkedIn password with Krigatti.
2. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, including attempting to access other users' data, interfering with the service, submitting unlawful or harmful content, or using Krigatti to violate LinkedIn's own terms.
3. Nature of the assessment
- Krigatti's free assessment is AI-assisted and based only on the profile information you provide.
- The Krigatti framework defines 144 checkpoints, but the current assessment evaluates only a selected subset. Not all 144 checkpoints can currently be scored, and the scoring rules are still being validated. Results show how many checks were assessed.
- AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate, and results may differ between runs.
- Assessments are not reviewed by a human expert unless expressly stated for a specific service.
4. No guaranteed outcomes
Krigatti does not guarantee any increase in LinkedIn visibility, connections, followers, leads, job offers, revenue or any other outcome.
5. Your responsibility for AI-generated content
Review any assessment, recommendation or generated content carefully before publishing it or acting on it. You are responsible for what you publish and the decisions you make.
6. Paid services
Paid services are not currently available. A paid package (proposed at USD $99) with online checkout is planned but not available. If paid services are introduced, their price, scope and the applicable refund and cancellation terms will be shown before you place an order.
7. Availability and changes
The service is provided as it is currently available and may change, be interrupted or be discontinued. We may update these terms and will show the updated version on this page. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
8. Independence from LinkedIn
Krigatti is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by LinkedIn.
9. Limitation of liability and governing law
Owner input required: Krigatti is operated by an individual (sole proprietor), and India is the proposed jurisdiction. The owner's legal name and address, plus the limitation of liability, disclaimers, indemnity, governing law, courts and dispute-resolution terms, must be drafted or confirmed by a qualified legal adviser.
